Meet InfoLink’s management team that leads the telecom team of talented and caring individuals who offer a superior client experience:
Ray Schmitz, founder of InfoLink has been working in the telecommunications space for nearly twenty years. Starting with Datacom Networking in 1992 as a major account representative, Ray helped clients with their telecom needs and formed loyal relationships with his customers. In 1997 Ray formed InfoLink because he saw an opportunity to take his experience and offer his clientele a positive customer experience with their telecom providers. Since then, Ray has been a true telecom advocate on behalf of his customers helping them reduce their costs, streamline processes and get answers to their questions. Ray and his team specialize in helping clients in all facets of telecom support.
Joe Warren started in the telecommunications arena in 1994 as a field service manager for Rockwell Electronic Commerce Corporation. Joe was responsible for supporting the automatic call distribution switches for this international company's customers. From there Joe moved on to One, Inc., where he rolled out the company's telecom initiatives. One, Inc. happened to be a client of InfoLink and was the beginning of the relationship that formed between Joe and InfoLink's President, Ray Schmitz. Soon, Joe joined the InfoLink team as Vice-President of Business Development. Joe builds strong relationships with InfoLink’s clients because he has walked in their shoes and fully understands what the telecom business from their perspective. The balance between Joe’s telecom experience and the ability to take care of clients is strong and gives our customers the confidence that InfoLink will get their questions answered. Joe enjoys that his clients are saving not only money but time knowing that their telecom issues will be resolved by InfoLink.
